1. Failures of performance, errors, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, or system failures.
2. Loss of revenue, profits, business, goodwill, data, or savings.
3. Unauthorized access to or misuse of your information by third parties.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. In no event shall Time2Play’s cumulative liability exceed $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded by law.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of those sites. Links do not imply endorsement. You assume all risk in using third-party resources. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Time2Play from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties. 

You release Time2Play from all claims related to personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, or any other issues arising from use of the Site or its Content. 

When you purchase from us, payment details (such as name, email, billing information, and credit card details) may be collected by us and/or our payment processing company. We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party merchants or payment processors.

All sales are final, and Time2Play does not offer refunds for products, services, or programs. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

If a dispute arises, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Victoria (or via telephone/online where appropriate). This process does not limit your rights to pursue claims under the ACL or other applicable laws

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Time2Play regarding use of the Site and Services. No waiver of any provision shall be binding unless made in writing by Time2Play. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
