 Time2Play Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Time2Play. Your session time is reserved especially for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the Calendy link provided in your confirmation email or call/text 0483 877 156.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. However, please let me know as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. This fee will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the service at the time the late cancellation is received.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation, which may also incur the cancellation fee.
