supervision
Reflective supervision for professionals working alongside children and families.
Supervision is more than case discussion. It is a reflective, collaborative space to think deeply about your work, explore challenges with curiosity, and strengthen your relational practice.
Together we create space to:
- reflect on complex cases and clinical decision-making
- explore relationships with children, families, educators and teams
- navigate ethical, relational and systemic challenges
- deepen reflective practice and professional identity
- reflect on the impact of the work and support professional wellbeing
- build confidence working within and alongside early childhood settings
Ideal for: Play therapists, counsellors, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, social workers, key workers and other professionals working with young children.
EARLY CHILDHOOD CONSULTANCY
Working alongside educators, leadership teams and services.
This is practical, relationship-based support embedded within early childhood settings. Rather than working in isolation, I work alongside educators and leadership teams to observe, wonder and make sense of what may be happening for children, strengthen relationships and translate understanding into everyday practice.
Support may include:
- observation within children's everyday environments
- educator coaching and mentoring
- reflective practice with educators and teams
- collaborative problem-solving around complex presentations
- modelling relational, play-based and responsive approaches
- considering development, regulation, sensory experiences, relationships and environment
