I primarily support play therapists, allied health professionals, and practitioners working within or alongside early childhood settings.
Many professionals I work with are seeking more collaborative, relational, and sustainable ways of supporting children, educators, and families within evolving therapeutic and educational systems.
Many professionals working with young children have specialist knowledge, but translating that knowledge into everyday practice can be challenging.
I help bridge that gap by supporting professionals, educators and services to work together in practical, relational and sustainable ways.
Through reflective supervision, consultancy and professional learning, I help strengthen the adults around children so children experience greater opportunities for safety, connection, participation and development.
My work is grounded in the belief that children experience us before they experience strategies.
Rather than focusing only on techniques, I support professionals to strengthen their reflective capacity, relationships and confidence so they can respond thoughtfully to the complexities of everyday practice.
The goal isn't simply to solve problems, it's to build sustainable practice that continues long after our work together.
Not at all. While I have a strong focus on supporting play therapists working within early childhood systems, I also work with allied health professionals, educators, and practitioners seeking more relational and collaborative ways of working with children and families.
No.
Many of the professionals I support work within or alongside early childhood settings, including play therapists, counsellors, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and social workers.
If your work involves supporting young children, families or educators, we can explore whether my services are the right fit for you.
Yes. While my primary focus is supporting professionals, I also offer consultation, reflective practice support, and tailored professional learning for early childhood teams and services seeking more relational and developmentally informed approaches.
Yes. Many professionals and services choose ongoing support to help embed learning, navigate complex situations and strengthen reflective practice over time.
Support can be tailored to your needs through supervision, consultancy or professional learning.
Because children are supported through relationships.
When educators, therapists, families and professionals feel more confident, reflective and connected, children are more likely to experience safe, consistent and responsive care across the environments where they live, learn and play.
When we strengthen the adults around children, we strengthen children's opportunities for safety, connection, participation and development.
That depends on your needs and goals.
Many professionals choose fortnightly or monthly sessions to maintain reflective support and professional connection, while others access more regular support during periods of transition, implementation, or increased complexity.
Together, we’ll find a rhythm that feels sustainable and supportive for you.
I offer both. Online sessions provide flexibility for busy professionals, while in-person sessions are available for those who value face-to-face support and for professionals and services located in Torquay and surrounding areas.

Thank you for helping support a sustainable and respectful practice.
