Children experience us before they experience our strategies. My approach is grounded in the belief that when we strengthen the adults around children, we strengthen the opportunities children have to feel safe, connected, participate, play and develop.

With experience across education, play therapy, counselling and early childhood consultancy, I work alongside professionals to bridge therapeutic knowledge with everyday practice.
I don't arrive with a program or a checklist.
I begin by listening, observing and building relationships.
Every service, team and child is different, so my role is to understand the strengths, challenges and context before working collaboratively to develop practical, sustainable ways forward.
Whether I'm providing supervision, consultancy or professional learning, my goal is always the same: supporting the adults around children so they feel confident, connected and equipped to make a difference.

Children grow within relationships.
They experience families, educators, therapists, teachers and communities.
When these relationships are supported to work together with curiosity, confidence and shared understanding, children are more likely to experience consistent, responsive care across the places where they learn and grow.

Every child deserves adults who feel supported, confident and connected in their work.
Every professional deserves to feel heard, valued and equipped to make a difference.
My work bridges therapy and education by nurturing the relationships that surround children every day.
Honouring the child always begins with nurturing the team around them.
Whether you're looking for supervision, consultancy within an early childhood setting, or professional learning for your team, we'll begin by understanding your context and deciding together what support will be most helpful.
