My background in both education and therapy has given me a unique understanding of the opportunities and occasional misalignments that can arise when these worlds come together.
I understand how deeply professionals care about supporting children, and how challenging it can feel when communication, expectations, or systems don’t always align.
Over time, I recognised a growing need for reflective spaces where therapists and allied health professionals could feel supported, understood, and better equipped to build meaningful, collaborative relationships with educators and early childhood teams.
This work is about more than professional development. It’s about creating sustainable, relationally safe ways of working that ultimately support the wellbeing of everyone around the child.
Honouring the child. Nurturing the team.
Children experience our presence before they experience our strategies.
Every interaction shapes a relationship, and every relationship creates new opportunities for growth, connection and understanding.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, reflection and collaboration. I work alongside professionals to make sense of complexity, deepen understanding and develop practical ways of supporting children within the environments where they learn, play and grow.
I believe meaningful change doesn't happen because someone has all the answers. It happens when people feel heard, valued and supported to think together.

My work is informed by education, therapy, counselling and ongoing reflective practice.
