my why

I believe every child deserves to feel safe, accepted, and empowered to grow through the power of play. But children don’t thrive in isolation - they need adults who are supported, resourced, and connected. When adults thrive, children flourish.

I know how complex and demanding this work can be. The expectations placed on early childhood staff are enormous, yet the support they need to truly embed their knowledge is often limited by time, funding, and resourcing constraints. I’ve been there too - caring deeply while feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or stuck.

That’s why I do this work. My role is to hold space for the people who hold space for children. For me, supervision isn’t about ticking boxes; it’s about trust, reflection, and genuine care. It’s a safe place to bring both your struggles and your wins, where you can rediscover your confidence, clarity, and purpose.

What sets my approach apart is the combination of warmth, authenticity, and deep understanding of early childhood environments. I bridge my background as a teacher, play therapist, and developmental play specialist to offer supervision that is both practical and sustaining. You’ll leave our sessions with more than strategies - you’ll leave feeling supported as a professional and as a person.

Because when you are truly supported, that support flows outward - to teachers, educators, families, and most importantly, to the children who depend on us all.

my approach

At the heart of my work is a commitment to ensuring every child feels seen, heard, and valued, especially in moments of vulnerability or challenge.

My practice is grounded in:

  • Authenticity, empathy, and collaboration
  • Warmth, playfulness, and curiosity
  • Trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally aware practices
  • Unconditional positive regard, acceptance without judgment
  • The power of micro-moments that build trust, connection, and resilience

In supervision, you can expect a mix of reflection, mentoring, and practical strategies. My role isn’t to hand you all the answers, but to walk alongside you, offering insight, care, and tools that fit your journey.
